The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) is operated year-round by our non-profit organizations. This program provides non-residential childcare services in Even Start and Head Start centers, child care centers, day care homes, and adult day care centers. The children and adults can receive three meal types each day: breakfast, lunch, supper, or snack (of which one must be a snack).

Jordan Rivers is in good standing and currently participating in the 2024- 2025 CACFP. This statement is being provided to notify the public of Jordan River’s waiver request to increase the administrative budget from 15% to 20%, which will assist CACFP with the administrative costs area of the budget and remain in compliance with USDA and state regulations.

With a mission centered on fostering holistic development, Jordan Rivers stands as a vital support system for both children and adults alike. One distinctive aspect of the program is its provision of three daily meal types—breakfast, lunch, supper, or snack—ensuring that each individual receives essential nourishment. Jordan Rivers strives to make a positive impact on the lives of those it serves, enhancing the overall well-being of the community it engages with.
